Is it possible to pick up ordered devices personally?

What does the transport matter look like for the devices I ordered – it is only on my side or I can order this service from you?

If I decide to pick up the devices by an external transport company or courier, what time can I do it?

How long is the waiting time for the order?

Average delivery time is 6 weeks. In exceptional cases this time may change. If you want an extremely short delivery time, before placing an order please contact to us by email export@cebeabochnia.pl or phone +48 14 611 70 51

How are the devices packed? How much it costs?

The devices are always protected with stretch foil and foamed polystyrene – this is a standard procedure for which we do not charge additional fees. We want our devices to reach you in the state in which they left the production line.
100% satisfaction of your customers is our common priority and depending on your needs of the device we pack into wooden boxes or put on pallets.
The cost of additional packaging:
– palete 15 EUR / 1 pcs
– wooden box 30 EUR / 1 pcs

Payments

Do you issue VAT invoices for purchased goods?

Yes, we do. For each purchase made in ZPD CEBEA Sp. z o.o. we attach VAT invoices.

I made the payment, but I didn’t receive the invoice. What should I do?

What are the payment terms for the goods?

Payment deadline is set individually with our distributors.

It is customary for your first two orders to expect 100% prepayment on the day of the order.
Of course, as the cooperation with us develops, these conditions are negotiable.

How can I pay for the goods?

Payments can be made by bank transfer (to account number shown on the invoice)

Technical questions

Do you use ecological refrigerants for your equipment?

Of course, we manufacture our devices in accordance with current regulations. Detailed information on the type of refrigerant used can be found on the device’s data sheets in catalog. After purchase, you can also check it on the device nameplate.

Is it possible to order the device outside the available catalog offer?

Yes, its possible. In this case please contact to Technical Department by email ntk@cebeabochnia.pl or phone +48 14 612 24 64 ext. 44.
After getting to know your needs and formally placing an order for a prototype device, we will prepare the necessary documentation and design. Costs are set individually and are dependent, among others from the expected volume of the order.

Can I legally purchase and use your device, which was manufactured last year, but the factor used in it is no longer authorized?

Yes, you can do it without any reservations. It is our responsibility as the manufacturer to use refrigerants that comply with the current year’s regulations. For example, a device manufactured a year earlier with a factor from the previous generation is still approved for purchase and use.

Can I order a device modified for the customer’s needs (e.g. without door, other size of partition, etc.) or install unusual accessories (e.g. special additional shelf)?

Costs depend on, among others from the expected volume of the order.

As a Retail Customer, can I buy devices directly at your premises?

Yes, its possible. At the same time, we encourage you to take advantage of the offer of our official Distributors. With individual purchases, it may be more beneficial. Due to the fact that our Distributors buy larger quantities of devices, they receive special discounts – will be able to offer retail clients more attractive prices.

Do you offer older devices, but in good technical condition? Do you give them a guarantee?

What times is your company open?

CEBEA is open to customers from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm.

How can I place an order for devices?

Will I receive confirmation after placing the order?

Yes you will, after receiving the order, we send you an e-mail with a proforma invoice as confirmation.

What is the warranty period for your devices?

We provide a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for our devices in Poland only.

How can I complain about the device?

Our customers and distributors can contact the Service Department directly via e-mail serwis@cebeabochnia.pl or phone +48 784 570 551. During correspondence, please provide the date of purchase, device model, serial number, description of the problem and photo (if possible).
